Scott Johnson - Scott formed Johnson Associates in 1997 and specializes in recruiting at the mid-senior levels of the food industry. Scott's specialty is working with institutional distributors. Prior to forming Johnson Associates, Scott was Manager of a Foodservice Division for a boutique search firm in the western suburbs of Chicago and also worked for six years at a leading search firm in downtown Chicago where he specialized exclusively in the food distribution industry. Before entering the executive search business in 1989, Scott worked in the national accounts area for an institutional distributor and also has prior experience in restaurant management. Scott received a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts in 1985.

Don Huston - Don joined Johnson Associates in 2001 and is the Manager of the Food Manufacturing Division. In this capacity, Don specializes in working with the leading food manufacturing companies, supplying them with professional talent in all the industry's disciplines: Operations, R&D, Quality, Engineering and the more specialized aspects of food manufacturing are Don's specialty. Prior to joining Johnson Associates, Don had his own search and consulting business and has over ten years of successful executive search experience. Don began his career in corporate human resources where he worked for over 20 years in various manufacturing environments.
