Ideal Candidate Profile: From the initial consultation, an Ideal Candidate Profile is developed. All candidates will be compared to this model throughout the process.

Recruitment Activities: To minimize the costs associated with hiring new executives, Johnson Associates begins each search in the city or region in which the client is located. Tools used to identify qualified candidates include utilization of Johnson Associates' extensive proprietary database, direct mail, internet utilization, and hands-on recruiting through networking. The highest degree of professionalism and ethics is maintained throughout the search process.

Candidate Selection: Johnson Associates will screen candidates for relevant background in relation to the Ideal Candidate Profile. Candidate evaluation considers the following components:

  • Short, Mid and Long Term Goals
  • Geographic Compatibility

Our goal is to recruit and present at least three qualified candidates in every search we undertake. Johnson Associates will not overwhelm our clients with ten, twenty or more resumes. We send our clients only the top candidates that make the cut and will never submit candidates whose only motivation is money.

Client Interviews: Final candidates are presented to client for review and interview times and dates are established. Our capabilities are at your disposal in scheduling and booking travel arrangements when appropriate.

References: References are checked and the results reported back to the client after a mutual high interest has been established on both the part of the client and candidate.

Extending the Offer: Johnson Associates is involved in ensuring that a fair offer is extended and accepted.

Bringing the Candidate on Board: In any hiring situation, especially when you deal with the best and brightest in the industry, the potential of a counter offer can be disastrous. Johnson Associates works with the successful candidate throughout the separation process from his or her current employer to ensure a smooth transition to your company.
